All forms can be filled out on line, saved to a computer and filled out
electronically, or printed and filled out manually. Many require signatures so they will need to be
printed using the print button at the top of the form. Obtain the appropriate signatures and mail to
the address on the form. If signatures are not necessary, there will be an email button also at the top
of the form. (PDF forms cannot be saved once data has been entered.)
